This means that most of our products ship from USA and global areas such as India, Singapore, China, Tibet area, Nepal, Thailand, Peru etc. via our partnership with highly reliable mailing services.

If your order includes a few items, most likely they will be delivered in separate packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for each item separately.

If you did not receive a tracking number from us after 7 business days from your purchase date or you need any help with tracking your package, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com, and we will track your package for you.

Paid Domestic Shipping USA (if applicable): Average processing and handling time before shipping is 1 - 3 business days. Your package ships the next business day after processing and handling. Typical Domestic shipping times are from 3 to 7 days. Your package ships the next business day after processing and handling your order. Please check product pages for more information about average shipping times for each item or if any production is required before shipping.
Free International Shipping to US (if applicable): Due to high demand for free international shipping please allow 2 - 5 business days for verifying & processing your payment and handling your order before you receive a tracking number from us. Your package ships the next business day after processing and handling. Average shipping time for International Free Shiping is 10 - 22 days depending on your location. All our international shipping orders are shipped by ePacket. ePacket is trackable and 100% safe and secure. It partners with USPS, so you can also track your order via USPS tracking.
Outside US: We sell and ship some of our products to other countries too. If you want us to ship your orders to a country other than USA, and you cannot find it on our list during your checkout, please contact us to learn if we can do anything for you. Due to high demand for free international shipping please allow 2 - 5 business days for verifying & processing your payment and handling your order before you receive a tracking number from us. Your package ships the next business day after processing and handling. The average time for our Free international shipping (outside US) is 10 - 30 days depending on the product and your country/region. We do not charge any VAT, import taxes or any custom duty to your purchase. However, if they are applied to your purchase/ package in your country, you will be responsible for paying.

Incorrect Shipping/ Delivery Address and Canceling your Order: To avoid any delivery problems or delays, please always make sure that you entered a correct and deliverable shipping address when you placed your order. It is your responsibility to enter a correct shipping/ delivery address to avoid your package missing. After placing your order you always receive the placed order confirmation from us, please check your Spam folder if you do not see it. You have 6 hours to contact us to cancel your order or correct shipping/ delivery information. After that your shipping/ delivery information will be transferred to our fulfilment center, and at this point it will be impossible to stop shipping and change your shipping/ delivery address. We do not refund or substitute these orders.
What to do if you are not at home during the delivery: We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or contact us to upgrade your shipping to include insurance. If you are not at home and do not want your package left outside, please leave the carrier a note, asking them to leave a notice of attempted delivery instead. Then you would have the option of either going to the post office to pick it up, or having the carrier re-deliver it again at a time when someone will be home. Please make sure that packages can be safely left in your mailbox or on your porch without being stolen or damaged if you are not present at the moment of delivery. Please make sure that no one can receive your package without your permission. Please always call your local post office for your delivery details directly to get correct information first hand. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered".
Shipping Delays and Packages Held up in Customs (if applicable): If you provided a correct shipping address, chances that your trackable package is lost are minimal. All our packages are trackable and 100% safe and secure. If you see that the tracking number is not updating for a few days, most likely your order is held up in customs. Sometimes your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily and often without explanation. Please follow this general rule: If you have not received your package after 45 days from the purchasing date and the tracking number that we sent to you is invalid/ or not updating for a few days, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com. In order to help you we require a proof of purchase, so please provide us with all your Order details and Tracking number. Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process your request. If it is already 45 days from the shipping date and for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a new package or issue the refund upon your request / email. After 120 days from the date purchase we no longer accept any requests / refunds for lost packages.
