Returns & Refunds
Please carefully review our 45 Days Returns and Refunds Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.
For most items, in the unlikely situation when your product is broken, damaged or has manufacturing defects at the time of arrival you can send it back to us for the item exchange or a refund within 45 days from the date of purchase.
Upon the receipt, please open your package and inspect your items immediately. To be eligible for a return, you must send us your initial return request within 5 days after the delivery day.
Your returning item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. No alteration to the returning products are allowed. To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the order number and date of purchase. Always include a few clear photographs of returning items to illustrate your request and reasons for your return.

As soon as your initial return request approved we will send you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and a return shipping address (that is different from the our address on your package). Include this RMA number on the shipping label. You are responsible to pay all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are not refundable.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any items that are not in its original unused condition and/or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any items that were altered in any ways.
*Any items purchased by mistake or in error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
* Any item that were purchased more than 45 days ago.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your returning item was inspected we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request was approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return request was rejected (please see our policy above) we will send your item back to the shipping address that you provided for your original order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted. There is always some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form or email before mailing your item to us.
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
After obtaining RMA# you can return your item to a shipping address that we provided to you. Always include RMA# on the shipping label. Please make sure that you include a printed copy of your purchase confirmation with all order details. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not take responsibility for the shipping to incorrect addresses.
Packages Held up in Customs (if applicable):
If you provided a correct shipping address, chances that your trackable package is lost are minimal. All our international shipping packages are trackable and 100% safe and secure. If it is already 45 days from the shipping date and for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a new package or issue the refund upon your request. After 120 days of the date purchase we no longer accept any refund requests for lost packages.
